SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

1. Contact the editor and provide a basic outline of your [horror] film, short or book. Receipt of accepted submissions is preferred via secure downloadable link. Though if your material is only available in coded DVD format it should be remembered that The Hell Street Journal is a New Zealand based blog and as such falls into DVD zone 4. Any additional press information (Cast bios, production notes etc) will of course aid greatly in the creation of your review.The Hell Street Journal will NOT be liable for the postage of your submission, nor are we in the position to return any of your submitted material. 
2. All submitted material will be used solely for review purposes and will not be re-distributed or sold on to any other parties. 
3. All reviews remain the property of The Hell Street Journal but exclusive and unrestricted use is credited to the filmmaker/ copyright owner for the purpose of film promotion (press kits etc).  
4. All reviews are written unbiased and must be accepted as is. The Hell Street Journal accepts neither responsibility nor liability for reaction directly to or pertaining to the reviews it produces.
